When it comes to fitness there are a lot of factors in determining which type of coaching is best for each person. All of our coaching packages can cater to any particular goal – it doesn’t matter whether you want to lose 30 pounds, get stronger than you’ve ever been or just feel better every day – what matters most in choosing a coaching style is just how much personal attention you need.
We have three different options in terms of how closely we work with you in your fitness coaching. If you have no clue which of these would be most appropriate for you don’t worry, you can send us an e-mail and we’ll discuss it with you and help you find the best fit. Here are the options from least involved to most involved.
Nutrition coaching is the first option and the one that involves the least amount of direct attention. It’s a good option if you have a pretty good exercise habit in place already but have been stuck for a while and aren’t entirely sure where to go from here. It’s also a good option if you’re not ready to start training yet but want to start seeing some progress.
With our nutrition coaching program you get a personalized set of macro targets to hit along with weekly check-ins and readjustments based on your progress. You’ll get some coaching on strategies for hitting your macros but most of the work will be on you.
While this option involves the least amount of attention and requires the most autonomy it’s also very cost effective being the lowest cost option. In a standard face to face setting nutrition coaching can cost hundreds of dollars – we can offer the same results remotely for just $30 a month.
Small Group Coaching
Small group coaching is the next step up from the nutrition only coaching. You’re placed in a group of 15 people and we tailor a specific training and nutrition program to you. More importantly, we work with you and everyone else to make sure it’s a program you’ll actually be able to stick to.
Don’t think that just because it’s small group training that you won’t get personal attention. Every single program for each person in the group is personalized just for them. Every week we’ll go over your progress, make adjustments and answer any questions you have. The programs run in 5 month cycles, but depending on the number of people in the program we will sometimes stagger them so that people don’t have to wait a long time to get in.
This option is best for someone who needs a lot of personal attention but something a little more affordable than full one-on-one coaching. At $150 per month you get all of the benefit of having a personal nutrition and fitness coach for the cost of a single session with some personal trainers.
This is the most involved option. With one-on-one coaching you get complete 24/7 access to us including our cellphone number so you can call or text us as soon as you have a question. We’ll check in with you as often as you need rather than just at scheduled times though the week. We’ll call you up to remind you to go workout if you need us to, and be there if you need someone to talk you out of grabbing those doughnuts in the break room.
Due to the extremely personalized nature and attention given to one-on-one clients there are a very small number of openings for active clients (three are open at the time of writing) and if all the spaces are full we’ll place you on a waiting list and let you know as soon as a spot opens. One-on-one coaching costs $400 per month.
All three packages come with the 100% money back guarantee for each month of coaching beginning from the date coaching begins.
